Half full or empty, critical or thankful

The temptation to look at the faults in others is really strong.
They could do this better, they failed in that, they are terrible at the other.
And on it goes. And it's true.

Or, we can choose to be thankful for what they actually do well, and for good intentions. Good intentions aren't always enough, but they are a start.
And others do do some things well.  And some things they do better than i do.

I fail every day.  But i do some things well.  I hope others notice that.
I can do the same for other people.
I can be thankful for what they do well.

This is a choice.
It's better to appreciate what others do well. In general, do that.
Certainly unless something they are doing badly is actually destructive.
But make sure it's destructive and just not simply  not the way you would do it, or Jay something that annoys you.
